Terms and Conditions for PNW Excursions LLC

1. Rental Agreement By renting a vehicle from PNW Excursions LLC, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. The rental agreement is between PNW Excursions LLC (“the Company”) and the individual or entity renting the vehicle (“the Renter”).

2. Eligibility and Documentation

• Renters must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Drivers under 25 will incur a 15% underage fee.
• Renters are required to present a valid driver’s license and full coverage auto insurance from a recognized provider at the time of rental.

3. Rental Period and Fees

• The rental period is based on a 24-hour cycle. Late returns will result in additional charges.
• Payment for rental, including any additional fees, must be completed before the vehicle is released to the Renter.

4. Insurance

• Renters must have a full coverage personal auto insurance policy. The Company reserves the right to verify the insurance policy’s validity and coverage.
• The Renter is responsible for all damages or losses to the rented vehicle, regardless of fault or cause.

5. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose, racing, off-roading, or any form of motorsport.
• The Renter agrees to operate the vehicle in a responsible manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the rental start date to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations or changes made on the rental start date.

7. Fuel and Mileage

• Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.
• Mileage limits, if any, will be specified in the rental agreement. Exceeding the mileage limit will result in additional charges.

8. Maintenance and Breakdown

• The Renter is responsible for the proper maintenance and care of the vehicle during the rental period.
• In case of a breakdown or malfunction, the Renter should immediately contact the Company for assistance.

9. Prohibited Activities

• The vehicle must not be used for towing, sub-renting, or any illegal activities.
• Any unauthorized use of the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.

10. Liability

• The Company is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage related to the use of the rented vehicle.
• The Renter is fully responsible for any legal and financial consequences of traffic violations, illegal activities, or misuse of the vehicle.

11. Disputes

• Any disputes arising out of the rental agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the location where the rental originated.

12. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Renter agrees to be bound by such amendments.

13. Acknowledgment

• The Renter acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by them during the rental period.

By proceeding with the rental, the Renter accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
