**Return Policy for PNW Excursions LLC**

**Reservation Cancellations and Refunds:**
– Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the rental start date to avoid charges. Cancellations within 3 days of the rental start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
– We understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to reschedule your rental based on availability. This must be done before the rental start date to avoid any cancellation fees.
– No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations or changes made on the rental start date.

**Vehicle Returns and Late Fees:**
– Vehicles must be returned by the due time as per the rental agreement. Late returns will be charged an additional day’s rental fee.
– The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented out. Any damages or excessive dirtiness will result in charges for repair and cleaning.

**Fuel Policy:**
– The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental. Fuel receipts must be presented upon return. Failure to provide receipts or return the vehicle with the correct amount of fuel will result in refueling charges.

**Insurance and Damage:**
– Renters must have full coverage personal auto insurance from a major provider to rent our vehicles. Proof of insurance must be presented at the time of rental.
– Any damages to the vehicle during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter, subject to the terms of the rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage.

**Prohibited Use:**
– Our vehicles must not be used for racing, off-roading, or any form of motorsport. Such use is a violation of the rental agreement and will result in immediate termination of the rental, with additional fees assessed for any damages or cleaning required.

**Other Terms:**
– Vehicles are tracked for compliance with our usage policy. Violation of any terms may result in additional charges and/or termination of rental privileges.
– PNW Excursions LLC reserves the right to refuse rental or terminate a rental agreement at any time if the terms of the rental are not adhered to.
