How do I rent?
You can book onsite or are welcome to call in to book directly. Happy to answer any questions you may have before booking.
Is there any age requirement to rent?
We require our renter to be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license. There is a 15% underage fee added to rental cost for drivers under the age of 25. With that being said, if we do not feel comfortable with someone driving a certain vehicle, we reserve the right to ask the renter to choose another vehicle.
What kind of insurance is required to rent?
We require a full coverage personal auto policy through a major provider. Full coverage consists of general liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage. You do not need specific dollar amounts of coverage, you just need to have full coverage. Some examples of acceptable carriers are: Statefarm, Progressive, Geico, Allstate, Pemco, Travelers, Safeco, American family, Amica. This is not an exhaustive list. If you do not see your insurance carrier listed, please call before booking! It is no fun to show up to rent with improper insurance. We do not take same day insurance sign ups or same day policy changes to add full coverage. Your full coverage must be added at least one week before your rental date!! The safety of our customers and our vehicles is our #1 concern!
What if I don't have insurance, can you help in getting one?
You can get temporary full coverage for rental purposes via https://bonzah.com/ Please note, we are not affiliated with them and this is just one of the many providers out there who provide rental insurance coverage.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery cost is based on distance and time, and starts at $100.00, please call or email us to get the specific pricing.
Can I test drive before renting it?
No. We do not offer test drives or test rides.
Do your cars come with a driver?
Yes, we can assist with a driver at an additional cost.
Do you have other vehicles that are not listed on your site?
No. Our full inventory is listed on our website. If we get a new vehicle, it will be added to the website as soon as possible.
Do you have any deals or discounts?
We offer specials to our repeat customers. Any other deals will be posted on our website. Additionally, we will post deals on our facebook or instagram, or send them out to our email/text subscribers. Make sure to get on the list so you don’t miss anything.
Can I leave my vehicle at your location during my rental?
Absolutely! We are however, not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur, though it's a pretty safe and private neighborhood.
Are these vehicles hard to drive? Should I be worried?
No! We make sure to do a complete walk through of the vehicle and its functions with our customers before leaving. If you have any questions about operations, please call or text and we are happy to help you out! There are also tons of helpful youtube videos on the operations of these cars that can be watched before your rental as well.
What about fuel?
We require customers to keep the receipts for fuel. The car is required to be returned with the same amount of fuel that it left with. It does not need to be returned full if it did not go out full.
How far can I drive?
That depends! We offer both unlimited mileage daily rentals and 100 mile per day daily rentals. A daily rental with us is 24 hours, so whatever time you pick up the vehicle, you are expected to drop it off the next day at the same time. The unlimited mileage is within the state of Washington. If you are headed out of state, give us a call and see what rental options we have for you!.
Can I race or take the vehicle for off roading or on a track?
No! Absolutely not. This is not safe for our customers or our vehicles. All of our vehicles are tracked. Our vehicles are not allowed at any racetrack or street race event or for off roading activities. If we find our vehicle being used for such an activity, it is in violation of our rental agreement and your rental may be terminated and you will be charged additional fee to fix, clean or get the vehicle back.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations within 24 hrs of the rental start date will be charged 50% of the rental fee, we can always try to see if re-scheduling is an option based on availability and as long as its not on the same day as of the rental start date. All other cancellations outside of the 24 hour window get a full refund, but we appreciate that you dont wait till the last minute to make any changes.
